Contact
Most questions are answered faster by the FAQ or the guides than by waiting for a reply. If you need a person, here is how to reach one.
Support tickets
If you have an account, open a ticket from inside it. That is the fastest route, because the ticket already carries your order history — we can see what happened without asking you to describe it.
Write to support (at) sms.rip. Use the address your account is registered to — we cannot discuss an account with someone we cannot identify as its owner.
What to include
You will get a useful answer far quicker if your first message has:
- The order ID, if it is about a specific order.
- The service and country you were trying to use.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Things we cannot do
Said plainly, so you are not left waiting on an answer that was never possible:
- Refund a delivered code. Once the code arrives the order is complete. See the Refund Policy.
- Make a service accept a number it has decided to reject. That decision belongs to the service, not to us.
- Reserve, choose or return a specific number. Numbers come from live pools.
- Recover a number after its window closes. It goes back to the pool and may already be someone else's.
Undelivered codes do not need a ticket
If no code arrived, you do not need to contact anyone. The refund is automatic when the twenty-minute window closes, and it lands in your balance without anyone approving it. Opening a ticket will not make it faster.
Reporting abuse
If a number of ours has been used against you or your service, write to support (at) sms.rip with the number, the approximate time, and what happened. We act on credible reports, and the Acceptable Use Policy sets out what we prohibit.
Legal and data requests
Data protection requests and requests from law enforcement should go to the same address, marked as such. What we hold and for how long is described in the Privacy Notice; the operating entity is named in the Imprint.
